A little bit hard to find a weekend reservation, but if you arrive before opening time (9 AM), you should be able to walk-in.

This spot doesn't take reservations (walk-in only). The line moves very quickly and they're most famous for their signature oatmeal griddle cakes.

One of New York's most classic pancake spots. It's walk-in only for Saturday and Sunday brunch, so I'd recommend arriving early because the line gets long!
